If you’re reading this, you know that our Site provides users with an opportunity to learn more about pain management and our pain management services. We know you are concerned about your privacy, so we developed this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to explain how we collect, use, and disclose information from and/or about you.

We take your privacy seriously, and we want you to know how we collect, use, share and protect your information. So we are clear about the terminology we are using, when we use the phrase “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we mean contact information (e.g., name, address, email address, or telephone number) and any other non-public information that is used or intended to be used to personally identify an individual. When we use the phrase “Anonymous Information” in this Privacy Policy, we mean information that is neither used nor intended to be used to personally identify an individual.

The terms and conditions of use policy, and the privacy policy, identify what users of backpaintreatment.com (“Users”) can expect from this site, and what we expect from Users. Children.

The Site is not directed to children and children are not eligible to use our Site. Protecting the privacy of children is very important to us. We do not collect or maintain Personal Information from people we actually know are under 18 years of age, and no part of our Site is designed to attract people under 18 years of age. How We Collect Information.

Personal Information.In general, the Personal Information we gather enables us to contact you or process your orders, to provide the Site and Products to you. We collect Personal Information that you submit to us voluntarily when you request information.
All payments on the Site are processed by our service providers who collect your credit card information directly, and we will not have access to or see your credit card information as part of such transaction. We also collect other types of personal information that you provide to us voluntarily as you use the Site or if you contact us via a contact form, or e-mail regarding the medical information or the services we provide.
Anonymous Information.

Forms that you fill out or email communications that you send to us via the email links on our site may be shared with a customer service representative, employee, medical expert or agent that is most able to address your inquiry. We make every effort to respond in a timely fashion once communications are received. Once we have responded to your communication, it is discarded or archived, depending on the nature of the inquiry. Your email address may be added to a newsletter list and then you will receive an additional request to opt-in. If you do not opt-in or you choose to opt-out you will not hear from us.

Information Disclosed to Third Parties

We may share your personally identifiable information with third parties who we have engaged to help us provide our services. In each case, we will ensure that these third parties have agreed not to use or disclose your personal information except to help us provide the services.
Except as noted above and for newsletters and surveys, Complete Pain Care does not provide any third-party access to your IP address and email address. To help us determine the effectiveness of our advertising, we work with Web analytics tools hosted by third parties who receive nonidentifiable information from your browser, including but not limited to the site or the advertisement you came from, your IP address, your general geographic location, your browser and platform information, and the pages you view within our site.
We may provide third parties with aggregate statistics about our visitors, traffic patterns and related site information. These data reflect site-usage patterns gathered during visits to our website each month, but they do not contain behavioral or identifying information about any individual member unless that member has given us permission to share that information.

Updating and Controlling Your Information.

If you have an Account with us, you may update certain of your Personal Information on our Site. You may also email us at compliance@completepaincare.com. You may request deletion of your Personal Information by us, but please note that we may be required (by law or otherwise) to keep this information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete Personal Information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives and we may also retain Anonymous Information about your use of our Site and purchase of Products. Once we disclose some of your Personal Information to third parties, we cannot access that Personal Information any longer and cannot force the deletion or modification of any such information by the parties to whom we have made those disclosures.

Updates and Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is subject to revision from time to time on a going-forward basis. We will post any revised version of the Privacy Policy on this page.
